Fixed prices, agreed up front
A fixed price is one sum for the whole scope, agreed in writing before work starts. Pavlo Zhydkykh builds every site on fixed prices, agreed up front: a landing page from $1,200, a multi-page site from $3,000 and a migration from $2,200, with SEO and GEO setup and two feedback rounds included.

Key takeaways
- A landing page from Pavlo Zhydkykh starts at $1,200 and takes 1 to 2 weeks; a multi-page website starts at $3,000 and a migration at $2,200, 2 to 4 weeks each.
- A Lottie or Rive animation starts at $1,000; work after launch costs $30 an hour, with no retainer and no monthly fee.
- SEO and GEO setup, two feedback rounds and a 301 redirect for every old URL on a move are part of the price, not extras.
- Under a fixed-price contract, the agreed payment is not adjusted later for the resources used, costs incurred or time spent by the contractor.[1]
- Time and materials billing is generally used when the size of a project cannot be estimated accurately or the requirements are likely to change.[2]
What is a fixed-price contract?
A fixed-price contract is an agreement where the payment is set before work starts and is not adjusted later for the hours or costs the contractor spends. For a website the budget is known before the first design: only changes beyond the agreed scope cost extra, at $30 an hour with an estimate first.
Wikipedia: Fixed-price contract
“I would rather spend an extra hour scoping on the first call than send an invoice nobody expected.”

Terms
The terms, before
any work starts
The same six terms come with every quote, whatever you build.
Checklist
6 things that set the price of a website
The start prices are public. These six move a quote above the start price, and Pavlo Zhydkykh checks each one on the first call.
1. The number of pages
Every page is designed in Figma, then built. A landing page starts at $1,200, a multi-page website at $3,000.
2. CMS collections
A blog, cases or a team list each need a collection your team edits. More collections mean more templates to design and build.
3. Interactions and motion
Hover states, scroll effects and animated sections take design and build time. A Lottie or Rive animation starts at $1,000, priced by length and scenes or by states and inputs.
4. What the old site must keep doing
On a migration, every old URL gets a 301 redirect, and content, titles and metadata move over. A migration starts at $2,200.
5. Custom code features
A calculator or a WebGL hero is quoted separately, as a fixed price, before the build starts.
6. Combined services
A build with a migration and an animation gets one fixed price for the whole scope, not three separate invoices.
Fit check
Is a fixed price
right for you?
A good fit if
- You can describe the pages, CMS collections and interactions you need, even roughly.
- Your budget has to be approved before work starts.
- You want the launch date agreed together with the price.
- You prefer to pay for changes beyond the scope only after you approve an estimate.
Not the right fit if
- Nobody can say yet what the site needs and the scope changes every week: settle the scope first, then ask for a price.
- You want an open-ended hourly build: Pavlo prices every build up front.
- You need a monthly retainer: after launch Pavlo works at $30 an hour, only when needed.
Compared
Fixed price or time and materials
Both models are fair. The two differ in who carries the risk when work takes longer than planned.
| Criterion | Time and materials | Fixed price from Pavlo |
|---|---|---|
| Total known | At the end, from the hours logged | Before any work starts, in writing |
| Overrun within scope | Paid by the client | Carried by Pavlo |
| Changes | Billed as the hours pile up | Beyond the scope: $30 an hour, estimate first |
| Feedback | Each round adds hours | Two rounds included |
| SEO and GEO setup | Billed as extra hours | Included in every build |
| Best for | Scope nobody can estimate yet | Pages, CMS and interactions agreed on a call |
How it works
From brief to a fixed price
The price is set once, before work starts. Only changes beyond the agreed scope add to the total, and only after you approve an estimate.
| # | Step | When | What happens | You get |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | Send the brief | Day 1 | Project type, platform, launch date and your current site, in one email or through the brief form. | A reply from Pavlo with questions or a time to talk |
| 02 | Talk | Day 1 | Your business, your goals and the pages you need: the inputs that set the price. | A shared view of the scope |
| 03 | Fixed price in writing | After the talk | One price for the whole scope, combined services included, together with the timeline. | Price and dates agreed before any work starts |
| 04 | Design, feedback round 1 | 2 days to 2 weeks | Every page designed in Figma. You comment once, then Pavlo polishes. | Round 1, included in the price |
| 05 | Build, feedback round 2 | 2 days to 2 weeks | The site built with SEO and GEO setup. You review the working site. | Round 2, included in the price |
| 06 | Launch and after | Launch day, then on request | The site goes live on your domain. Later changes get an estimate first. | $30 an hour, no retainer |

FAQ
Questions about
the price
Q.01How much does a website cost?
A landing page starts at $1,200 and a multi-page website at $3,000. A move from Webflow, WordPress or Wix starts at $2,200. You get one fixed price before any work starts, and two rounds of feedback are included.
Q.02Is SEO included in the price?
Yes. SEO and GEO setup is part of every build at no extra cost: titles, metadata, structured data, a sitemap, llms.txt and fast pages.
Q.03Do I pay for hosting separately?
Yes, to the provider and not to Pavlo. The domain and hosting are registered in your name, Pavlo connects them and sets up the DNS, and there is no markup.
Q.04Why is there no price for product design?
Because the flows and screens differ from project to project. You get a fixed quote after a first call, in writing, before work starts, with two feedback rounds included.
Q.05Can services be combined?
Yes. Most builds combine web development with SEO and GEO setup, and often a migration or an animation. You get one fixed price for the whole scope.
Q.06What does a change after launch cost?
Your team edits texts, images and CMS items without a developer. For anything more, Pavlo works at $30 an hour, with no retainer, and you see the estimate first.
Q.07Is the AI visibility check free?
Yes. Pavlo asks 5 AI engines 20 questions your buyers ask and sends the report within 48 hours.
